Do you offer a free consultation?

Of course. Our first phone call or video chat will be an opportunity for us to discuss any questions you might have, review why you are seeking therapy, what are you hoping to accomplish from therapy and how the Telehealth therapy sessions work. I am looking forward to having this conversation with you.

Accepted Insurance Plans

"Out-of-Network"

My services are generally reimbursable for out-of-network benefits by most insurance plans. I am happy to provide a monthly invoice for submission to your insurance company.

What is your cancellation policy?

Canceling or rescheduling requires 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Major credit cards, PayPal and Venmo. Payment is due at each session.

What about confidentiality?

The relationship between therapist and client is protected by law. Information cannot be disclosed without written consent. The only exceptions are if and when there is suspected child abuse/neglect or when the client threatens serious harm to self or others; in these cases, every effort is made to ensure the safety of those affected as required by law.
